It sure was pretty funny watching Jimmy Iovine eat major crow on "American Idol" last week wasn't it? Oh yeah, a few weeks ago he'd tried, once again, to boost the confidence of the "Lost Little Lamb" Lauren Alaina as she was about to take on the great Miley Cyrus ballad "The Climb" by telling her she was a better singer than Miley. WTF!?!

We love Jimmy and are actively lobbying for him to take one of the judges chairs next season... but that was just stupid. Yes, he was just trying to help Lauren, but still. So anyways, last week, in YET ANOTHER EFFORT to boost Lauren's confidence, they actually brought Miley onto the show to sit with her and Jimmy in rehearsal and tell "Deer In The Headlights" girl that even she has loads of haters. But Jimmy had to admit the stupidity of his remark and Miley, though graciously, said that yes, he really did need to eat some crow.
