Jiuzhaigou Valley
Jiuzhaigou (九寨沟) is a national park nature reserve in Sichuan, Cina.Tepatnya in Nanping, about 450 km north of Chengdu City. Jiuzhaigou name is taken from the existence of nine Tibetan villages Tribe in that language referred to as Zitsa Degu (gzi rtsa dgu SDE). In English are listed under the name Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area on the UNESCO Heritage Site. Has an area 72,000 hectares in the northern province of Sichuan, and has a height of 4800 meters. Having a variety of forest ecosystems. Is home to around 140 species of birds, rare plants and rare animals like the Panda.
It is said, there is no other place that has a view like a fairy tale or the purity of nature such as Jiuzhaigou Valley. Jiuzhaigou Valley is located in Nanping County, 450 kilometers north of Chengdu City is a natural masterpiece with abundant natural resources. It combines the blue lakes, waterfalls, green forests, snow-capped mountains, and the folk customs of the Tibetan and Qiang peoples.
Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area which covers an area of more than 600 square kilometers it covers areas such as Shuzheng Valley, Rize Valley, Valley and Valley Zechawa Zharu.
The origin of Jiuzhaigou Valley could not be separated from local legend. It is said, the mountain god of yore like the goddess Semo named Dago. As a form of some affection, the god gives a mirror made of wind and clouds. However, the devil appears and makes a problem and unintentionally, Semo break the mirror to 108 parts. The mirror fell to earth and then formed 108 colorful lakes. This is one thing why Jiuzhaigou Valley has beautiful scenery.

Lies an area of more than 72,000 ha in the northern part of Sichuan Province, Jiuzhaigou valley reaches a height of more rocky than 4,800 m, and therefore consists of a series of diverse forest ecosystems. Extraordinary landscape is very attractive thanks to a row of rocky limestone soil in the form of a narrow cone and stunning waterfalls. About 140 species of birds also inhabit this valley, and a number of plant and animal species threatened with extinction, including the giant panda and Sichuan Takin.
